I'm in the job market and wasn't getting answers to my high tech resume thus I think this new approach is brilliant!

Hey, where did they find my resume? I must have dropped it somewhere.

i think that was from the same person that tried to apply to my store last week.
under work history, 'will explain in person'
under criminal records, 'will explain in person'
under position desired and hours of availability, 'will explain in person'
address left blank, phone left blank.
so uhmm, no, don't think you'll be explaining anything 'in person'.
not to me anyway that's for damn sure.

Susan, are you on LinkedIn? I assume you are doing Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com. I have only had great luck with professional organization job boards (STC, ASTD). If you were local, I could point you to some good networking groups. The number of Texas jobs went up 26,000 last quarter. I have no idea how that happened.

Churlita, I would hire you in an instant. You sound qualified.

Heather, if you just let me explain in person, you will see there is nothing to worry about.

I think the interpretation of the statement would depend on what the person holding it looked like.
