Public Radio Gives Me Bad Ideas
So I heard this story about Japanese Media Immersion Pods and kind of want one as a home entertainment center. My poor wife does her best to keep me social, but then NPR goes and does one of their investigative reports.
A smoking section??? You can spend the night, AND you can put your feet up and pee all in the same place????? Now if I heard that right, this is just taking it a little far!
I heard this. It made me want to go to one - not to have one. There's something about going to isolate oneself. Going to where other people are going to isolate themselves.

Now if only I could fulfill my other dream of having a sensory deprivation tank in the guest room.
